Newton Swing Bridge Task Team
Another productive SCRS Task Team session along the Newton stretch of the canal today.
Due to a nesting pair of wrens at Bradley Lock, the task team relocated to the Swing Bridge, where volunteers cleared vegetation from the stonework, removed saplings from the canal wall up to Hey Lock, and recovered scrap from the canal.
